TRITON #FIRSTTHING COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

2. The competition is open from 4 September 2017 to 15 October 2017.

3. One winner will be chosen each week from all entries received throughout the competition for a duration of six weeks, to win a prize specified at the time of entry and a Triton Showers bathroom product. All entrants will also be entered into a separate prize draw to win a £1,000 cash prize, for which there will be one winner.

4. Each weekly winner will receive one of six prizes, in addition to a Triton Showers bathroom product. These prizes will change each week as follows:

• Week one (4-10 September 2017) – Bucks Fizz Breakfast Hamper and a Triton Amore 8.5kW Electric Shower [choice of finish]
  
• Week two (11-17 September 2017) – Year’s supply of shower gel (x12 250ml bottles) and a Triton Kensey Bar Mixer with matching taps
  
• Week three (18-24 September 2017) – Lumie Bodyclock Starter 30 Wake-Up Light Alarm Clock and a Triton Eden Bar Diverter, with matching taps
  
• Week four (25 September–1 October 2017) – NutriBullet Deluxe 600 Series and a Triton Eden Dual Control with Diverter, and accessory combination pack of the winner’s choice
  
• Week five (2-8 October 2017) – Fitbit Flex 2 Fitness Tracker (Navy) and a Triton Dene Cool Touch bar mixer with matching taps
  
• Week six (9-15 October) – Nescaf! Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine Jovia Manual Coffee by De’Longhi EDG250.B and a Triton HOST Digital Mixer Single Outlet High Pressure (choice of finish), Triton HOST Remote Start/Stop with Warm Up, Triton Circular ceiling arm 200mm and Triton Traditional rose showerhead 200mm diameter

5. To enter the competition, entrants must complete the #FirstThing game and submit their details as instructed.

6. The six weekly winners will each be informed of their prize by email within seven working days following the end of the weekly competition. The prize draw winner will be informed of their prize within seven working days following the end of the overall competition.

7. There is a maximum of one entry per individual per week. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account within the same week, only the first entry will be accepted. Each entrant will receive only one entry into the £1,000 prize
draw, regardless of how many times they have entered the weekly competitions.

8. The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.

9. Once a winner has been notified that they have won, they will have 48 hours to claim their prize. After this time, the Promoter reserves the right to pass on the prize to a new winner.

10. The prize images featured in this competition are for illustrative purposes only. Full details of the prize will be supplied to the winners following notification. In the event of the original prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right the offer an alternative prize of equivalent value.

11. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

12. The winners will receive their prize within 30 working days following the end of the overall competition, unless otherwise stated.

13. By entering the competition, entrants agree for their name and entry to be used by the Promoter in social media communications and possible press or marketing material referencing the competition.

14. Any personal data provided by, and relating to, the entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. Personal data relating to entrants will be retained by the Promoter for a reasonable period after the competition closes to ensure the Promoter operations competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the competition.

15. As a condition of entry, all entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from the entry.

16. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from the Promoter.

17. The winners’ names can be obtained by sending a SAE to Triton Showers competitions, 39-40 Calthorpe Road, Birmingham, B15 1TS. No other correspondence shall be entered concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so. The Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

20. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.

21. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
