To claim their prize, the winner will need to call the Promoter’s UK Client Services on 08448 222 662 and quote the unique code provided by the Promoter. Promoter’s Client Services are open Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 GMT (excluding public holidays).
The prize must be claimed between 15-08-2017 and 31-03-2018.
Trip cannot be taken during Dec 17. Trip to be taken between Oct 17 and Feb 18. Mid-week or Friday departures possible.
Prize, dates and flights are subject to availability, which will be confirmed at the point of booking. Promoter reserves the right to propose alternative dates or hotel in case of unavailability.
The winner and companion must travel together.
The winner and companion are responsible for ensuring compliance with any necessary visa and other legal travel requirements and regulations prior to departure (e.g. ESTA for the US), travel vaccinations, subsistence, local currency, any local taxes and/or charges.
The winner and companion are responsible for arranging their own valid passports for a minimum 6 months on date of departure, travel insurance and health requirements.
In the event that the flights are delayed or cancelled, or the winner and/or their companion) miss their flights for any reason whatsoever, the winner(s) and/or their companion must seek advice directly from the relevant airline in accordance with the airline’s terms and conditions or from their travel insurance provider (as applicable).
Promoter is in no way responsible if any of the winners or their companion are denied access to the destination country for any reason.
Winners and their companion must each hold a valid passport from a country that is not forbidden or restricted by local laws and regulations at time of travel].
All members of the travelling group must be 18 or over (unless parents are accompanying their children under 18).
Prize includes VAT, however, any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled with the hotel directly before departure.
