Anything I can do or should I just give up?

For about 6 weeks I have not been able to enter any shoplogical comps as the verification emails on a particular day didn't arrive and it won't let me enter again until I verify the email (which obviously I can't do).

I know I'm not the only one but it hasn't affected everybody across the board, I have emailed 2 different contacts at shoplogical 3 times over the last 6 weeks asking if there is a way to 'reset' my account to see if I can start entering again but have received no response from either contact.

Is there anything else anyone can suggest as i'm now technically excluded from their comps or shall I just give up and forget them?

    If you have twitter perhaps try tweeting @shopological or if you are on FB try messaging on there?

    Maybe try entering from a different e-mail address, perhaps try one from a different provider and if it works stop using the other one for that site - Gmail/outlook/yahoo are all free.

    Just tweeted them Thank you Marg. Don't know why I didn't think of that.
    Maybe try entering from a different e-mail address, perhaps try one from a different provider and if it works stop using the other one for that site - Gmail/outlook/yahoo are all free.

    Just had another thought. Is it possible that you have accidentally blocked them? Can you check your email to see who you have blocked?

    I don't think I've blocked anyone as it's my comping email but will check thanks xx

    Did you always check your junk email, sometimes they occasionally go into my junk mail.
    I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus

    Yep i've checked every folder in my mail they are lost in cyberspace

    I've exactly the same problem which started a few weeks ago for absolutely no obvious reason and hasn't changed since. I've also emailed the only contact shown on the site and received no reply. Every day I "enter" as normal hoping it will have sorted itself out but it never has. I don't do social media so can't contact them through Twitter myself unfortunately, as that seems like the best way to go.
    I hope you get a reply from them and would really appreciate it if you could post any advice they give. I can't believe it is just the two of us out of however many thousands that enter!

    The response from twitter was check your junk folder. Which I already did. However this afternoon I have received an email with a link to re-enter and asked to click a link at the bottom if I got the verification email or not and it worked.

    I will PM the address the email came from and see if they can help you direct xx
