Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Japan).

Flights will be supplied by ANA Airline only and will be subject to their terms and conditions.
The tickets are for two return economy class tickets from London Heathrow to Tokyo Haneda and cannot be used on code share flights. A direct flight cannot be guaranteed.
Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. At least one person must be over the age of 21 years.
Flight confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout periods may apply
Once issued, tickets cannot be re-issued and date or routing changes are not permitted.
The tickets are non-transferable and may not be re-routed. Passengers must travel together on all sectors of the itinerary.
The accommodation and flights must be taken at the same time as part of the same trip.
No change of companion, names, travel dates or any other detail in the tickets is allowed once these have been issued.

Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers

Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis.

Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked in advance.

Ninja experience is subject to availability at time of booking. Closed 29th Dec – 1st Jan. Hours of operation 9.00am – 5pm. Last entry 4.30pm. Minimum age is 4 years old.

Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.

All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
