My account was not lost but I can't access my account. Its been weeks the support of TCB did not reply my emails.

    its a USA arm of Topcashback , they don't post on this UK forum


    you need a USA based consumer forum , not a UK based one

    Well if there are no US forums, your only option is contacting them on social media or keep trying the email address I am afraid. As this is a UK forum, I doubt very much you will get any help on here.
