COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering a competition on the Global Blue Valentine’s Day page you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
The competition begins on February 1st 2017 at 9:00am (GMT) and ends on February 7th 2017 at 11:00pm (GMT). After this date no further competition entries will be permitted. Global Blue reserves the right to change the competition end date at any time.
The Prize is either a Rotary Legacy 32mm ladies watch, Appleyard 24 opulent roses bouquet, Thomas Lyte men’s zip around leather Folio, DermaTx Rejuvenate Microdermabrasion system, Thomas Lyte Continental grained leather purse, Hylamide skincare range, or the DHC Beauty Lift Series.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, it is assumed that you have read and agree to the following rules.
1. To enter the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. This competition is not open to employees (or immediate family members) of Global Blue.
3. Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted on http://www.globalblue.com/discover/global-blue-valentines.
4. Entries must adhere to all competition entry requirements as specified on the entry form on the giveaway page on: http://www.globalblue.com/discover/global-blue-valentines.
5. Global Blue and its agents, affiliates and/or representatives are not responsible for any loss of entries.
6. The competition is a game of chance. The winner will be chosen by Global Blue entirely at its own discretion. The decision is final and binding.
7. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the competition end date. If Global Blue cannot contact the winner or if they do not respond within 48 hours, it has the right to either reselect the winner or to use the prize for another competition.
8. The prize will be delivered to the winner by way of Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier.
9. Global Blue is not be liable for any events outside its control, including but not limited to the bankruptcy, limited room availability or other similar adverse events of the partners with whom Global Blue co-operates for the purposes of this competition.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image for any publicity material or social media posts on any Global Blue channel.
11. The prize cannot be negotiated and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable whether to another product or to cash.
12. If an advertised prize is not available, Global Blue reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.
13. Any additional expenses, taxes or charges related to the prize shall be paid by the winner exclusively.
14. All decisions by Global Blue shall be final and binding on all aspects of this competition.
15. Global Blue reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
