First Time Mortgage

Hello,
I am currently living with my girlfriend, she has a mortgage with her brother which they have had for just over a year, he is now looking to break away and fees and monies have been agreeded between the pair.
When my girlfriend comes to remortgage, if she is to add me onto the mortgage, is there anything out there that we can benefit from with me having a first time mortgage?
I know she has already made use of the help to buy scheme for herself.
