Just found a win from when i started comping a £1000 of products with debenhams beauty club im devastated!!!! they didnt contact me and nothing!!! has anyone claimed a prizes still after soo long! its really upset me!!! Grrrr:(:(:(

Their standard T&Cs are usually one or other of 1 month or 3 working days to claim - depending on the competition they either send an e-mail or a direct message on facebook.

If the Prize is not claimed within the 3 working days Debenhams will pick another winner

The prize may have been awarded to someone else but you lose nothing by asking.

If you're sure they didn't contact you (did you check junk folder)?
Contact them..nothing to lose.. they worst they can say is get lost..if they do, fire a mail to the company bosses... but I'm sure you will win bigger and better.

A couple of months ago I googled my name and found I had won a £300 watch 6 months previously. I contacted the company not expecting a reply.

Three days later I received the watch :j:j

same thing has happened to me before, unfortunately the prize will have probably been allocated to someone else, that's what happened in my case
