    "Qualifying Ticket" means any valid adult (and Young Person as long as requirement 2.2 and 2.3 are met) bus ticket / pass purchased direct from a bus driver, online, via the Arriva mticket application and/or PayPoint and Payzone retailers, and any concessionary pass, which is valid for travel on Arriva's bus services in the North West of England and Wales* on any day or days during the Promotional Period.
