• This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Dr. Beckmann (or their parents, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition.
• This competition is promoted by Dr. Beckmann (ACDOCO Ltd.), Martens Road, Irlam MANCHESTER M44 5AX.
• The competition will run from 9am on Thursday the 1st of December 2016 until midnight on Saturday the 24th of December 2016.
• One (1) winner PER DAY (a total of 24 winners throughout the duration of the competition) will each receive a unique present consisting of a Dr. Beckmann product, a Eugene the Owl soft toy, and a Christmas gift as detailed in the accompanying images for each day.
• Fans of the page have until midnight of the day each prize is announced to enter in for the draw.
• There is no cash alternative to the prizes which are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the prize winner.
• Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
• No affiliate brands or products given away in prizes are sponsors of this promotion.
• Entry to the competition is via the Dr. Beckmann UK Facebook page only. All entrants must ‘like’ the Dr. Beckmann UK Facebook page, ‘like & share’ the post and answer the question to be considered as a valid entry.
• Winners will be selected at random by the Promoter from all valid entries, and informed via a comment on the Facebook picture entered. The winner must then message the page directly with their details.
• Winners will be required to contact the Promoter by privately messaging the Facebook page to confirm acceptance and provide their name and address for the promoter to deliver their prize.
• Winners must contact the Promoter by privately messaging the Dr. Beckmann UK Facebook page by 1pm on Friday the 6th of January 2017. If they do not, they forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Entrants must be from the UK and provide a UK address for their prize to be delivered to.
• If the winners do not supply their address by 1pm on Monday the 19th of December 2016 we cannot guarantee that the prize will arrive before Christmas.
• The cut-off date for prizes being posted before Christmas will be 1pm Monday 19th December 2016. Winners who provide their details after 1pm on Monday the 19th of December 2016 will have their prizes sent out when normal office hours resume after Christmas, during week commencing Monday the 2nd of January 2017 and no later than Friday the 6th of January 2017.
• Prize details are correct at the date of this Agreement. Events may occur that render the Media Promotion itself or the awarding of prizes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Dr. Beckmann. In this situation, Dr. Beckmann may at its discretion vary or amend prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes and prize winners agree that no liability shall attach to Dr. Beckmann, ACDOCO Ltd., or parties connected to ACDOCO Ltd. as a result.
• All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from when the Promoter receives the winner's details.
• The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for this competition.
• By entering the competition you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter this competition.
• Any entry containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be rejected. Any applications made on behalf of or for another person or multiple entries will not be included in the competition.

• Dr. Beckmann will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and Dr. Beckmann can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.
• Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
