'friendly' bill after BR

This morning received a smallish invpice (hundreds) from my therapist for treatment this year pre-bankruptcy, I forgot completely I was due one, in and amongst the other more serious issues around the BR date
he's a great guy, freelance and I rather need to keep him onside for possible future situations, some old friends on here will probably know what i'm talking about-can it be paid, or do I have to inform the OR?-can I get friends or family to pay it-can he cancel and re-issue to someone else on my behalf?
any suggestions?

I imagine if the invoice is after the BR date, then paying it won't present any legal issues, but if the invoice was pre BR date then it will be included in the BR.0

thanks Mollie, it relates to treatment prior, and he's specified that on the invoice, so maybe he just re-issues it without the details0

Hi london1973,
The debt is written off as part of the bankruptcy so you would not be able to send any money and it is unlikely that the therapist will re-issue the invoice in someone else's name (they could incur issues with liability and DPA). However, if any third party wanted to volunteer to pay money to something like this, that would be their choice.
