WH Smith - Cheap blank DVD's

Hello everyone

I popped into my local WH Smith yesterday and puchased lots of blank DVD's complete with DVD boxes.

I got a five pack for £3.74 (half price from £7.50) which were already reduced from £12 They were DVD +RW's but they had -RW's and all the other kinds puls spindles all cheap.

They were Phillips ones which I have used for the last month or so and have had no problems with them and like them since they are RW's

Amd just to make sure, I aksed the sales assistant and she confirmed that it was a nationwide off.

Good post Alison and a reasonable price for RWs in jewel cases, especially on the high street - works out at 75p per disc.

If you want to save a few pennies more per disc and aren't bothered about cases, SVP have +RWs for around 60p each:

thats because they are dvdr ( recordable)

dvd rw are rewriteable dvds, so the same disc can be used again and again.Only downside being the time it takes to write to a disc.

Chip is quite right - that's why I didn't bother mentioning the single-use discs. Better to compare like with like.

Incidentally, SVP and Blankdiskshop are one and the same.
