log into pop up on bottom to join comp them it pops up and fills whole page to say you got prize draw entry cant miss it

Am I being a bit dim, but all I can see is Santa Tracker coming soon.

I pressed "play now" on the bottom bar, and again on the pop-up window - that takes me from "How to Play" >> "Today's Clues".
I can see the clues. I enter the retailer into the search bar (had to close the pop-up first) but when the retailer page loads I don't get a pop-up prezzie token

I'm using Firefox for the above. In chrome I didn't get the bottom bar at all.
