Link added to Weekly thread #StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0

The competition for this week ends 06/11 that should really be used as the end-date, if the next one runs that should be then be posted with 13/11 as the end date etc (The "weekly thread" index has not been updated for over 2 years)
Post with a poll and a link to the discussion thread on posting competitions which run each week.

I put a link on the end of Weekly thread for those end daters* that might miss the first few weeks (*not me), and hadn't seen anything about the Weekly ongoing discussion being resolved?
If the Weekly thread isn't to be used, perhaps it should be closed so we can't add to the end?#StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0 -

Nothing to stop things being added to it as a convenience to the few who still use it but as the index has not been updated for ages it is unlikely to be attracting new users. As far as I know this was the last word on the postings of weekly competitions and probably makes sense for most end daters* (*also not me)if people would like to try all of the weeklies on the main board then that would be very helpful
I hadn't noticed that one but if it's a weekly comp with an end date of 31/12 some people who comp by end date might not see it until a few days before the 31/12 this year, therefore missing out on a lot of comps, it needs to be posted as a new comp each week0 -

So what about the Advents that are i.e. E: 24/12? surely that's the same principle?
With only one Board Guide and helpful people doing things like expiring threads, surely the less unnecessary threads the better?
Personally I hate having all the monthly ones posted each month, but that's my problem and I deal with it
Anyway for now I'll carry on posting links on the end of the Weekly thread until such time it gets closed down.#StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0 -

Most advents are daily not weekly so it doesn't apply and the updated "advents" thread is on the main board.0
