• Dates of travel are Tuesday 8th – Friday 11th November 2016.
• Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.

• If winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian.
• Winner and his/her guest must meet movie certification criteria.
• No one will be admitted without a ticket or after the screening begins.
• Hotel is based on two people sharing one room.
• The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover incidentals.
• Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
• Winner and his/her guest must have valid e-passports and applicable visas/permissions.
• Winner and his/her guest are responsible for registering with the US Visa Waiver programme: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov if applicable.
• The United States requires that travellers entering the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) hold an e-Passport if their passport was issued on or after 26th October 2006.
• Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.
• Except for the one (1) guest permitted as part of your prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the prize trip. Your guest may not be selected through any further contest, promotion or commercial event. You and your guest must travel on the same itinerary from Heathrow Airport. Once selected, your guest may not be changed without the express consent of Warner, which Warner may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.

  • Each individual is fully responsible for getting themselves to each meeting point in good time. Any missed transfers will become the responsibility of the individual and further travel charges may apply that Neon Agency Ltd will not be liable for
  • It is the exclusive responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure they have all the necessary travel documents in order to redeem this prize
  • It is the winners responsibility to ensure that all information given as part of travel details is correct and accurate
  • Any failure to provide documentation or information by the winner may result in the winner forfeiting their prize
  • Neon Agency Ltd can in no way be held responsible for any theft or injury that might occur
  • Exact addresses and full names must be provided
  • The promoter, its agents or distributors have no liability in relation to the holiday
    • Participants may enter the Competition more than once.
    • The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.
    • If there is any misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by winner(s), or the operation of any technical/communications system, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into on this subject.
    • The correct answers to questions must exactly match the Promoter’s answers to win.

    • In order to maintain the quality of the Promoter’s radio programming and to protect listeners from harm, participants may be disqualified if they are incomprehensible, inaudible or if it appears to the Promoter (in its sole discretion) that the caller is driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
    • Whilst participants are on-air, they promise not to make any statement which (in the Promoter’s sole and reasonable discretion) is inappropriate or which would be likely to bring the Promoter into disrepute.
    • Other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence and so far as permitted by law, Bauer Media hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition or any aspect of the Prizes.

This trip consists of:
- Flying from London Heathrow on the morning of Tuesday 8th November to New York JFK airport, USA.
- Returning on Friday 11th November to London Heathrow, from JFK.
- A three night stay at the Paramount hotel, New York
- Tickets to the world premiere of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on 10th November.
- Insurance and transfers in New York.
- £150 towards spending me
- UK transfers will not be included.
The final winner, who wins the quiz at Heathrow Airport will win:
1 x trip to New York for themselves and their guest
This trip consists of:
- Flying from London Heathrow on the morning of Tuesday 8th November to New York JFK airport, USA.
- Returning on Friday 11th November to London Heathrow, from JFK.
- A three night stay at the Paramount hotel, New York
- £150 towards spending money
- Insurance and transfers in New York.
- UK transfers will not be included.
The person who loses the quiz at Heathrow airport will win a runner up prize of:
1 x pair of tickets to the European premiere of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
- This will take place in London on Tuesday November 15th 2016
- 1 x overnight stay in a central London hotel
- £100 towards travel
Winners MUST be able to take the prize on the dates stated above. If they are unable to travel at those times, they will forfeit their prize and no alternative prize will be offered.

ITEM 10: PRIZE PROVIDER
Bauer Media will provide all accommodation and spending money.
Virgin Atlantic will provide the flights.
Neon will provide travel insurance and ESTAs.
Please note that where prizes are provided by third parties, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.
The Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

After the competition has closed 4 winners will be called and awarded the full prize.
A further two entrants will then be shortlisted to go through to the second round. At the point of shortlisting they will not have won the prize. The second round will take place on the Morning of 8th November at Heathrow. Here, the two shortlisted entrants will take part in a quiz which will be broadcast on air. The winner of the quiz will win the prize of a trip to New York and will then board the plane to fly with the Magic team to New York. The loser of the quiz will not win the trip to New York and will not go on to fly to any destination. They will then leave the airport.

The two shortlisted couples must both be able to be at Heathrow Airport on 8th November at 5am. If they are unable to attend they will forfeit the chance to win the prize and not go through to the second round. A replacement entrant will be selected in their place to go through to the second round.
