Drama Competition 6 – Forest Holidays Trip for 4 – Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises:
a) Standard class return rail travel for four from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to the station nearest to the Forest Holiday’s location of the prize winner’s choice, unless the prize winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights to the airport closest to the Forest Holiday’s location of the prize winner’s choice;
b) Return private ground transfers for four from the destination station or airport to the Forest Holidays location;
c) Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for four at the Forest Holidays location of the prize winner’s choice, based on the prize winner and their companions sharing a self-catering two-bedroom Silver Birch Cabin with outdoor hot tub (subject to availability);
d) Bike hire for four for duration of stay; and
e) £1,000 spending money.
2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize winner must take the prize within 12 months of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent. The trip cannot be taken from 19th December 2016 – 3rd January 2017 or over UK Bank Holidays (29th August 2016; 1st & 29th May 2017; 28th August 2017).
4) The prize winner can choose to stay at any Forest Holidays location. Locations include:

· Ardgartan Argyll, Scotland;
· Strathyre , Scotland;
· Cropton, North Yorkshire;
· Keldy, North Yorkshire;
· Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire;
· Thorpe Forest, Norfolk;
· Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire;
· Deerpark, Cornwall; and
· Blackwood Forest, Hampshire.

5) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the Forest Holidays location. Please note that either the prize winner or one of their companions will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at Forest Holidays for security deposit purposes.
6) The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
11) Video footage and images provided by Forest Holidays.
