HOW THE OTHER HALF LIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The prize comprises a seven (7) night stay in the Cote D’Azur for two (2) people including; return economy flights from the winner’s choice of London Luton Airport, London Stansted Airport, London Gatwick Airport or London Heathrow Airport to Nice airport, return private chauffeur transfers from the airport to Château Eza, seven (7) night’s accommodation at Château Eza in a Junior Suite with daily breakfast, one bottle of 75cl Tattinger champagne in room on arrival, tasting menu on one evening with ½ bottle of wine each, mineral water and coffee, 2 hour Private Luxury Yacht Cruise with Personal Skipper including return transfers from Eza, Comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions with an upper age limit of 79) and £1000 spending money.
2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
3) The prize must be taken by 30th September 2017 but cannot be taken between 15th December 2016 to 4th January 2017, 3rd April to 21st April 2017, 28th April to 1st May 2017, 13th to 29th May 2017 and 25th to 28th August 2017. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.
4) Booking is subject to availability.
5) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9) Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
10) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
11) Transport to and from the London airport is the responsibility of the prize winner and the prize excludes any additional costs and expenses which are not expressly specified in the prize description above including, without limitation, additional accommodation, transfers, meals, drinks, travel costs, hotel supplementary charges, room service, mini-bar goods, souvenirs and any incidental costs.
12) Accommodation and footage / imagery kindly provided by Château Eza.

13) Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions and has an upper age limit of 79 years. In the event that, upon the winner applying for the cover, cover is not granted, the winner must seek adequate cover for the travelling party from another insurer. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of such insurance will be required prior to departure. A cash contribution, equivalent to the cost of the cover declined, will be made directly to the winner upon presentation of proof of the requisite cover.
