My DH decided he wanted to watch The Slum too, so I'm re-watching the first two shows with him. It's just as fascinating the second time around.:happylove0

Yay to being able to see again, boo to the dust on the shelves ;-)
I love eating at the table, mine is getting a bit busy with stuff being left on there. Will clean it all away tomorrow when I finish work.

Unfortunately Dolly we have gotten into the habit of eating off our laps. We didn't even have a dining room or table at our last place. There is no excuse now and I feel bad that it has taken so long to get it sorted.
I am going to have a quick shower then get to work on the mess. DD has a hospital appt this afternoon, so I need to make a start while I can. I can't believe tomorrow is Dresser Day! :j:happylove0 -
Nearly done now. There is one big pile left of things to be sold, and hopefully that will be gone within two weeks. It hasn't taken nearly as much effort as I thought it would to sort out. I shall have to remember that for the future and stop procrastinating.
Next week I'll concentrate on listing what is left of the pile and building the bookshelf. The hallway won't take any time at all, so the end is truly in sight. :j:happylove0 -
Excellent Thistle.
I need to start clearing out, turning into a bit of a hoarder!
Might just tackle one bit at a time then by the new year it will all be gone.

I have half of a Welsh dresser! The top wouldn't fit in the car so am going back now with a friend who has a van. The dresser is really old, been in the seller's family for generations. I am so excited, and it's even better in person than it was in the photos. :j:j:happylove0

It's all here now, and I can't believe it! It really is lovely. Well some people might think it's a bit beat up but it's just what I was looking for, actually even better! It fits perfectly along the dining room wall. I'll post another photo in a few days when I've sorted it out.:happylove0
