Roboform not loading

It stopped working for me the other day the box used to just pop up now it does not, I even paid up for 4 years because it saves enough time. Still does not work on firefox anyone else experience this. A compers worst night mare filling forms in lol.

I lost mine yesterday for some reason and could not load it in Firefox. However, I managed to reinstall in Chrome and it gave me the option of loading in Firefox at the same time - and that worked.

stopped working for me on FF
reinstalled FF no good; reinstalled RF no good.
Check enable disable etc. on FF and RF without success.
Tried RFwipeout which didn't resolve.
Have switched back to IE and works OK
Found it very frustrating to say the least!


It made realise how dependent I was on RF

I lost my RF this weekend and had to re-enable it. My FF apparently is having a problem with it and keeps telling me to disable it. It's fine in OE.

I had this had to go to add ons and enable it, seems some update has deemed robo a risk.

I ditched Roboform out of principal when I'd paid for lifetime usage but they 'upgraded' it and demanded more money to keep using it. I now use LastPass which is a plugin for Chrome and find it just as good as Roboform.

Strange one. I paid for mine back in 2011 and have never paid for anything since. All fully available to me still.

Mine is still not working in FF and everything i have tired that they have advised is not working.

No matter the fixes they have done the roboform box is not filling the forms out or popping up. I have now been given a refund.

Mines working but VERY slow at filling in the details. Oh and I managed to lose 3/4 of my passwords in the uninstalling and reinstalling - God knows what I did!

This happened to me last week. It seems that the new update of Firefox HATES Roboform and doesn't even offer it as an add-on anymore. I was on the 'classic look' Firefox so I've had to abandon that. If you go to

"Help"
"Troubleshooting Information"
and
"Refresh Firefox"

then

"Tools"
"Add Ons"
"Roboform Toolbar"

This fixes it. I had to do this several times but (fingers crossed) it's been working for a few days now - albeit really slowly on some sites. I can't use it in Chrome because it comes up on the bottom of the page and I can't get used to it.
