Once the Competition Period has closed, the ‘Souper Star’ winners will be selected as follows from all valid and eligible entries submitted during the Competition Period:
All entries will be sent anonymously to a panel of third party independent adjudicators.
The panel of 3rd party independent adjudicators will select one chosen nominee from each of the 12 regions as a winning ‘Souper Star’ based on three main criteria
How has your Souper Star made a difference to the lives of those around them?
Why is your Souper Star inspirational?
Why does your Souper Star deserve recognition for what they do?
An additional 3rd Party independent adjudicator will then select the overall winner from the 12 ‘Souper Stars’ based upon the above criteria.



There will be 1 overall winning ‘Souper Star’ and 11 runner-up ‘Souper Stars’ each selected from one of the following regions:
Scotland
Borders
Tyne Tees (North East)
Granada (North West, inc Isle of Man)
Yorkshire
Wales
Central (Midlands)
Anglia
West Country
West
Meridian (inc Channel Islands)
London

The overall winning ‘Souper Star’ will win the following prize:

An overnight exclusive hotel stay at the Arch Hotel with a celebratory dinner at Home House London on 28th January 2017, including transport costs to and from the event, for 2 people (the winning ‘Souper Star’ plus 1 guest) up to a maximum of £500, plus £2500 in Virgin Gift Card vouchers and a £2500 donation to a registered charity of choice, subject to our agreement. (The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, make the donation to any charity of its choosing where the charity nominated by the overall winner is deemed by the Promoter to be unsuitable and/or is against the principles of the Promoter)

The 11 runner-up ‘Souper Stars’ will each win the following prize:

An overnight exclusive hotel stay at the Arch Hotel with a celebratory dinner at Home House London on 28th January 2017, including transport costs to and from the event, for 2 people (the runner up ‘Souper Star’ plus 1 guest) up to a maximum of £500.

The overnight stay at the Arch Hotel will be inclusive of breakfast on the morning of 29 January 2017 but no other meals, with check in no earlier than 3pm on 28 January 2017 and check out no later than 12 midday on 29 January 2017.
