Can't spend ipoints

I have tried twice now to buy a cd using my ipoints rewards. Each time I have waited several weeks just to have my points refunded. Is this a commom problem? It has taken me a long time to save enough points to buy a cd and now I can't spend them. Are there any other cd shops on ipoints apart from 101cd which I could try?

i've never had any trouble, but recently ordered a few moonpig cards with my points, that never arrived they refunded the cards pronto but did't ake any appology for the missing cards/beleated birthdays etc..

I have ordered vouchers and only had half the quantity sent in the mail and they never apologise or anything.

Does anyone have problems getting ipoints added?

I have had to chase up loads of points as they do not credit them after the 30 period. Last time I had to contact the direct marketing association after being fobbed of for months - they were added within 24 hours.
