These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), CI and IOM who are 18 years or over, except employees of URBAN eat (the “Promoter”) and their immediate families, its agents, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary and internet access required.
3. Promotional packs are available widely between the dates of 22.08.2016 to 30.10.2016.
4. Promotional Period: Opens 22.08.16 and closes 27.11.16. Last date to enter is midnight on 27.11.16. Claims must be made within 14 days of the closing date of each weekly draw.

5. To Enter: Consumers to visit https://www.lunchadventure.co.uk, enter details required and click on the compass to generate a postcard. Once a postcard has been generated click to share this via Twitter/Facebook/Instagram with #lunchadventure to be entered into the prize draw and entrants will also be entered into the online instant win.
6. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
7. Strictly one entry per day per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted, only the first entry will be allowed. Any abuse of this clause will result in immediate disqualification, at the Promotor’s discretion. Max one weekly/Nando’s prize per household.
8. Weekly Prize Draw Selection and Notification: Winner(s) will be randomly drawn and notified within 4 working days of the relevant closing date by email .
9. Online Instant Win Selection and Notification: Between the promotional period of 22.08.16 and 11.09.2016 a number of prizes have been pre-allocated and linked to ‘winning moments’, which have been randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer system. The first person to enter past the winning moment will win that prize, if no person enters between one winning moment to the next that prize will be reallocated to a new winning moment. Winners will be immediately notified on screen if they have won. There is a minimum of five winning moments per week.
10. 10Grand Prize Draw Selection and Notification: The one winner of the Holiday to Brazil will be randomly drawn within 7 working days after the final closing date 27.11.16 from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
11. Winner Claim: Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize otherwise their prize will be lost. The promoter reserves the right to reallocate this prize with no liability.
12. Prizes: There are 129 prizes to be won, consisting of: Grand Prize:
    1. 1 x Street Food Tour of Brazil, 5 nights for four adults in a 4* hotel accommodation. Sharing 2x standard twin or double rooms. The prize includes return economy flights from London to Rio de Janeiro and return transfers from the airport to the hotel. Please note that travel to London airport from your home address is not included. Also included is daily breakfast. During your stay there are also four activities included: 3-hour Brazilian food walking tour, one hour private Samba Class, Samba club entry ticket and dinner in a Michelin starred restaurant. The prize will also include £1000 spending money, 1x Polaroid Camera, 1x iPhone SE 16GB and 1x Beats Pill. Comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions) is also included.

The prize includes return economy flights from London to Naples and return transfers from the airport to the hotel. Please note that travel to London airport from your home address is not included. Also included is daily breakfast. During your stay there are also two activities included: Dinner one evening at one of Naples best pizzerias and Underground Food Tour of Naples. The prize will include Vintage Scooter Hire for the duration of your stay and £250 spending money. Comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions) is also included.
    2. 1 x Barcelona, 3 nights for two adults in a 4* hotel accommodation. Sharing 2x standard twin or double rooms. The prize includes return economy flights from London to Barcelona and return transfers from the airport to the hotel. Please note that travel to London airport from your home address is not included. Also included is daily breakfast. During your stay there are also two activities included: 5 course experience menu at ABaC and Santa Caterina Market Walking Tour. The prize will include £250 spending money. Comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions) is also included.
    3. 1 x Skydive in London, 2 nights for two adults in a 4* hotel accommodation. Sharing 2x standard twin or double rooms. The prize includes return car transfers from London to Airport for the Skydive. Please note that travel to London from your home address is not included. Also included is daily breakfast. During your stay there are also three activities included: Tandem Sky Dive for each person, Afternoon tea and 1 hour sports/aromatherapy massage. The prize will include £250 spending money. Comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions) is also included.

13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or claims lost, not received or delayed for whatsoever reason.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. There is no cash alternative in whole or part to the stated prizes and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
15. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable in exceptional circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value without prior notice.
16. For names and counties of major winners, please send a self-addressed envelope to Address: Freepost PHL within 3 months of the closing date.
17. Please allow 28 days for the delivery of your prize from receipt of a valid application if you have won any of the prizes excluding the holidays.
18. Holiday dates are to be discussed directly with the Promoter and are strictly subject to availability at time of booking. Holidays to be taken no later than 30th November 2017. Please note, Christmas, Easter, all Bank Holidays, Rio Carnival and Spanish Grand Prix are excluded from the dates the prize can be redeemed. The Promoter accepts no liability for claims arising from participation.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
20. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity.
21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
22. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in claiming or any claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
24. Data Protection: Use of personal data received in the course of the promotion will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By submitting an entry, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.
