This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, any third party sponsors, third party companies associated with the promotion, prize providers or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion or its operation.
2. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 BST on 15th August 2016 and 23.59 BST on 30th October 2016. There will also be a Final Wrap Up Draw on 7th January 2017, for details see clause 11.

6. Residents of Northern Ireland entry method:

   2. One entry per stamped envelope only.
   3. PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, will open a randomly selected pack on your behalf and email you the unique code for you to complete the process described in Clause 4 above. All valid No Purchase Necessary (NPN) entries will be given an equal and random chance of winning via an independently supervised process.
7. Multiple entries are permitted throughout the promotional period, provided that each entry is accompanied by a different unique code - each Unique Code can only be entered once. Note that a Maximum of 5 entries per day per person is allowed.
8. The Prizes: There are a total of 2,800,011 prizes available to be won:

9. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected via a secure and random prize allocation process operated under the supervision of an Independent entity.
10. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified immediately if they have won a Prize on the promotional website.
    1. Weekly Cash Prizes: Winners will need to visit www.walkers.co.uk/sarnie and enter their unique code from Participating Promotional Packs, followed by their contact details. The winners will have until 30th October 2016 to redeem their Prize. Winners will receive their prize by cheque within 28 days of their redemption date. If a Prize is not redeemed within the time frame stated above the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter may at its discretion choose to award the Prize to the next placed entrant to enter their unique code at https://www.walkers.co.uk/sarnie, using the same process as described in clause 9 above.
    2. Product coupon Prizes: Winners will need to visit www.walkers.co.uk/sarnie and enter their unique code from Participating Promotional Packs, followed by their contact details. The winners will be able to redeem their winning product using the downloaded coupon at all participating retailers. See FAQs for more details; Independent retailers can accept at the retailers discretion. The winners will have 30 days from the date of download to redeem their Prize, after which the Prize will expire and will be deemed to be forfeited and promoter reserves the right not to award the prize to an alternate winner.
    3. Sandwich accessories Prizes: Winners will need to visit www.walkers.co.uk/sarnie and enter their unique code from Participating Promotional Packs, followed by their contact details and postal address. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days. The winners will have until 30th October 2016 to redeem their Prize, after which the Prize will expire and will be deemed to be forfeited and promoter reserves the right not to award the prize to an alternate winner.
11. Final Wrap Up Draw: Entrants who enter their unique code from Participating Promotional Packs and complete a Valid Entry at walkers.co.uk/sarnie between 00:01 on 31.10.16 and 23:59 BST on 30.12.16 will be entered into a final wrap up draw to take place on 07.01.17 where a winner will be selected from all combined Valid Entries received from UK and ROI, to win a prize of £500//(or Euro equivalent for ROI residents) (“Final Draw”). The winner will be selected by a random draw. The winner will be informed by email within 3 working days of the draw and will then have 14 days to respond to that email, if the winner fails to respond within this time the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Final Wrap Up Draw Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant selected at random from all valid entries in the same manner as the first.
12. Entrants must enter the Promotion using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses incorrect or multiple names and to require them to return any Prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter will require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
13. Any fraudulent activity or manipulation of any data or promotional element shall be deemed to be a material violation of the promotional competition terms and conditions, and the Promoter reserves the right to immediately disqualify the entrant and refuse to accept any further entries from the entrant, and the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited any Prizes awarded and will be compelled to return any Prizes with immediate effect.
14. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website used in connection with a promotion or the information on it, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Where a winner has been found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions or requirements, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Prize Winner in question.
16. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
18. The responsibility of any tax, insurance, additional costs, registration requirements or liabilities arising from this Promotion or Prize lies with the person claiming/winning the prize.
19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
20. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
