8. All accommodation will be at a hotel in Central London and based on two people sharing a double/twin room. Hotel accommodation will be provided by London & Partners.
9. Flights will be provided from nearest international airport to place of residence. Point of departure will be solely decided by London & Partners. Flights will be provided in economy class cabin. Each winner and their guest need to travel on the same flight itinerary and cannot split. Transfers to and from the airport in the start country will not be included.
10. Prize package must be booked by 31st March 2017 and be taken by 30th June 2017, excluding key travel dates, UK Bank Holidays and National Holidays. Prize redemption is subject to availability, winner must offer a selection of possible dates, trip must be booked a minimum of 3 weeks before departure date.
11. Any amends to the duration of the trip after booked or subsequent changes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
12. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any part is unused.
