Official Rules for AccorHotels Facebook Competition Prize Draws

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Facebook Prize Draw (the "Competition") is open only to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
   Neither employees of Accor (the "Promoter") or employees of any of the Promoter's subsidiaries, including the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of any such employee, nor any other company or person who is professionally connected with, or directly involved in, the administration of the Competition are eligible to enter.
2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the 'Competition' constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.
   Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. PRIZE: The winner of the 'Competition' will receive:
   The complimentary prize as stated at https://www.facebook.com/Accorhotels.uk on the appropriate post.
   Transport will not be included in the prize, the winner will need to make their own travel arrangements.
   The winner has to redeem the prize within the time frame given by AccorHotels in a private message (when necessary).
   The date and time the prize is redeemed is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Any request to postpone the prize by the winner will be at the discretion of the Promoter and subject to availability.
   The Promoter will not provide any refund or compensation in the event of any cancellation of the prize by the winner of the Competition.
   Winners will be required to present photographic ID on arrival at the venue (only a Passport, EU ID card or UK Photo Driving Licence will be accepted).
   All prizes are non-transferable.
   The winner cannot obtain cash or other substitution in lieu of any prize.
   The winner is strictly prohibited from selling the prize to a third party.
   The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for any dispute that may arise in connection with the allocation of prizes.
4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Competition runs from the dates on the appropriate post at https://www.facebook.com/Accorhotels.uk (the "Entry Period").
   Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: There is a limit of one entry per household. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will be void.
   The information you provide will only be used to contact you if you have won.
   The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties.
   Entries that are incomplete, illegible or incorrect will be rejected.
6. HOW TO ENTER: To participate, visit https://www.facebook.com/Accorhotels.uk and follow instructions under the appropriate post.
   Once you submit a correct entry you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw to the Competition.
7. DRAWING: At the end of the Entry Period the Promoter will select the winner in a random drawing of all correct entries received during the Entry Period.
   The Promoter will notify the winner by e-mail within one (1) day of the drawing.
   If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within one (1) day or if that potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Promoter's discretion, an alternative winner will be selected using the same random drawing process.
8. WINNER PUBLICITY Entrants accept that, if they win a prize in this Competition the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use the entrant's name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Competition and for related promotional purposes.
9. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or postpone the promotion.
10. DISPUTES: Any disputes will be subject to the English courts in accordance with English Law.
