1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Azzurri Restaurants Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 00:01 on 18 July 2016 until 23.59 on 4 September 2016 (“Closing Date”).
3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. To enter: During the Promotion Period, access the Zizzi Snakes & Ladders Game on the Zizzi website, confirm your details and register to play the Zizzi Snakes & Ladders Game. Maximum 4 rolls of the dice per person per day (unless you earn more rolls by completing specific activities as set out in clause 5). When you land on a Reward square you receive a token for a Reward. When you have collected the required number of tokens for the Reward you will receive a voucher code for that Reward. Reward squares can only be landed on once per board. If you do not collect all three Reward tokens during one round your Reward tokens will be removed from your wallet and you will need to start again. You may only play one board at a time. Each time you complete a board you gain an entry into the prize draw relevant for that board.
5. To gain additional rolls of the dice: Some of the squares on the Zizzi Snakes & Ladders Game are “Quiz”, “Quick Quiz”, “Survey”, or “Lucky” squares. When a participant lands on these squares and correctly complete the activity, the participant is awarded additional dice rolls as set out on the relevant square. A participant may also participate in Instagram related activities as described during the Zizzi Snakes & Ladders Game and receive the advertised additional dice rolls.
6. Prize Draw Prizes:
   • Board Two: Free cocktails for a year (£250 voucher);
   • Board Three: CUISINART® ICE CREAM DELUXE MAKER 2L & 3 X GELATO MIX (1 x Vanilla, 1 x Chocolate & 1 x Strawberry);
   • Board Four: Case of 6 bottles of Prosecco;
   • Board Five: Free pizza for a year (£500 voucher); and
   • Board Six: Weekend trip to Rome incl. return economy flights from major UK airport, Italian transfers, 2 nights’ 4* hotel (double or twin, breakfast included), guest 18+, Must be taken by 10 September 2017 (excl 19/12/16 – 7/1/17).

1. All Prizes and Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize or reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. No compensation is payable in the event the winner is unable to use the prize.
2. Prize Draw Winner Selection: At the end of the Promotion Period all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw for the relevant Prize Draw Prize to be carried out by an independent person within ten working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
3. Prize Winner Notification: The winners of each of the prize draws will be contacted within 5 working days of the winner selection date. Each winner will need to respond to the initial communication, addressed to the email address as supplied when registering for the Online Board Game, within 14 days of initial communication by from the Promoter confirming eligibility otherwise that winner may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner selected in the same way.
4. Reward Notification: Winners of Rewards will be notified by on-screen message and an e-voucher for the Reward will appear in the relevant entrant’s voucher wallet. The e-voucher will be a unique code which must be shown to your waiter when redeeming your Reward. Each Reward may only be used once.

Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible; Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer; Once flight tickets have been issued, the Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, travel companies or third party responsible for any element of the prize as set out; and All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.

1. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for Reward e-vouchers sent to incorrectly submitted email addresses.
2. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries by or via syndicates and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own in order to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
3. Winner publication: The names and locations of winners will be available by sending an email to competitions@zizzi.co.uk with “Snakes and Ladders Winners” to arrive between 15 October – 30 November 2016.
4. Winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion. If a winner does not want to participate in publicity they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.
5. Data Protection: the Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. 6. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.

9. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition, and invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
11. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
12. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
