Prize specific terms and conditions
• Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable
• Prize cannot be upgraded
• Travel must be taken on the date specified
• Prizes must be redeemed within six months of winner’s name being selected
• Any and all spending money and allowances will be sent in the form of a cheque or by bank transfer
• It is the exclusive responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure they have all the necessary travel documents in order to redeem this prize.
• It is the winners responsibly to ensure that all information is given as part of travel details is correct and accurate.
• Any failure to provide documentations or information by the winner may result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
• Neon can in no way be held responsible for any theft or injury that might occur
• Exact addresses must be provided to ensure safe delivery
• Prizes must be taken in accordance with the dates and destinations and number of passengers specified by Neon. There will be no cash alternative. There will be no alterations to destination.

• Holidays are not available to persons under the age of 18 without the express prior written permission of “The Company”. Children between the ages of 11 and 16 years for the purpose of airfare are considered to be adults. Children under 18 years of age must obtain written consent from a parent or a guardian and cannot travel unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
• All holidays must be taken within 6 months of the date of the competition or will be deemed to have expired.
