These terms and conditions apply to the “Win a Nissan Qashqai worth £19,000 every week!” prize draw (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
Aviva Advantages is exclusively available online and not available via any other medium. In order to enter this Promotion you will need to register for and log into MyAviva. You can do this online, or on your mobile or tablet. Once logged in, click on “Aviva Advantages”, complete the application form and press “submit”. Your details provided on the application form will only be used to fulfil this Promotion.
The prize draw opens on 13 June 2016. The final closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 21 August 2016. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be processed.
The promoter is Aviva UK Digital Limited. Registered in England No. 09766150. Registered office: St Helen’s, 1 Undershaft, London EC3P 3DQ. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Firm Reference Number: 728985. (the “Promoter”).
The Promotion is open to full time UK residents who are registered on MyAviva and over the age of 18, except for anyone directly connected with the Promotion. Only one entry per household.
You only need to enter once as your entry will be valid for the duration of this Promotion. Duplicate entries will be removed. There will only be one prize awarded per winner - successful weekly winners will be removed from future draws.
Entries that are not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. The Prize is non-exchangeable, not for resale, and not redeemable for other prizes.
The Prize consists of one manual, 5 door, petrol Nissan Qashqai Visia 1.2 DIG-T with Smart Vision Pack worth £19,040. The car will be in flame red. There are 10 (ten) cars to be won.
One winner will be drawn at random every week.
The winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 21 days of the time of notification, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email sent to them by the Promoter within 21 days of that email being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize).
Once the winner has accepted the Prize, Aviva will share their contact details with Nissan. Nissan will contact the winner within 5 (five) working days to arrange a date for the car to be delivered. Nissan will deliver to the winner’s desired address at the confirmed delivery date and time.
By taking part in the Promotion the winners agree to take part in post-event publicity.
The name of the winners will be made available on request in writing to “Win a Nissan Qashqai worth £19,000 every week!” prize draw, FAO Lucy Charnock, Aviva, Wellington Row 3, York YO90 1WR within 28 days of the closing date. The winners agree to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.
No purchase necessary.
The Promoter may ask the winners to provide proof of age, and/or country of residence.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prizes and that are not specifically and expressly included within the Prize description. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.
The Promoter disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter retains the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

Yes, once you are logged in you need to click on the 'Aviva Advantages' tab and you can see the competitions.

yeh i have home insurance, if you login and go to aviva advantages you can enter a few of the competitions for them there, inc the car.

I cant see anything in the t&c's stating a driving licence is needed

I initially had that yesterday as well but I think it may be because of going through the link first then signing in rather than signing in first which the latter part worked for me later in the day.
