These terms and conditions apply to the “Win one of ten tanks of fuel every day from Shell” prize draw (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
Aviva Advantages is exclusively available online and not available via any other medium. In order to enter this Promotion you will need to register for and log into MyAviva. Once logged in, click on “Aviva Advantages”, complete the application form and press “submit”. Your details provided on the application form will only be used to fulfil this Promotion.
The final closing date for receipt of all entries is 23.59 on 21 August 2016. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be processed.
The promoter is Aviva UK Digital Limited. Registered in England No. 09766150. Registered office: St Helen’s, 1 Undershaft, London EC3P 3DQ. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Firm Reference Number: 728985. (the “Promoter”).
The Promotion is open to full time UK residents registered on MyAviva who are over the age of 16, except for anyone directly connected with the Promotion. Only one entry per household.
You need only enter once as your entry will be valid for the duration of the Promotion. Duplicate entries will be removed. There will only be one prize awarded per winner - successful winners will be removed from future draws.
Entries that are not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. The Prize is non-exchangeable, not for resale, and not redeemable for other prizes.
The Prize consists of physical Shell FuelSave vouchers to the value of £50. The vouchers are valid for use until expiry on 31 March 2017. Vouchers can only be redeemed for Shell Fuelsave or Regular Fuel at participating Shell Service Stations in the UK only. No change or credit note will be given if a purchase is less than the value stated on the voucher. Persons must be 16 years or over to use the vouchers. The vouchers can only be redeemed once and by the person to whom they were issued. There are ten (10) sets of vouchers to the value of £50 to be won every day from 13 June – 21 August 2016.
Ten (10) winners will be drawn at random daily.
The winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw. The Promoter will post vouchers to the winners within 10 working days of their name being drawn.
By taking part in the Promotion the winners agree to take part in post-event publicity.
The name of the winners will be made available on request in writing to “Win one of ten tanks of fuel every day from Shell” prize draw, FAO Lucy Charnock, Aviva, Wellington Row 3, York YO90 1WR within 28 days of the closing date. The winners agree to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.
No purchase necessary.
The Promoter may ask the winners to provide proof of age, and/or country of residence.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically and expressly included within the Prize description. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.
The Promoter disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter retains the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

You do not need to be a customer to register for "MyAviva" so maybe worth registering to enter (They are also giving £1 to charity for every new registration in June so charity will benefit anyway)

You don't need to enter policy details to be in the draw for any prizes on Aviva Advantages. Just register for MyAviva and access the Aviva Advantages tab and then enter the competitions. They are open to anyone who has registered for a MyAviva account.

After clicking enter now I just get a login button though I'm already logged in. When I click that it takes me to my account. I've tried logging out and back in but I just keep getting the same. Thanks for the link though, no idea what else to try other than perhaps try another day.
