Any BTL's Buying? EA's getting really pushy

Anyone thinking it's a good idea to delay exchange after the referendum? Estate agent is pushing for exchange now, and until now has been uninvolved, I'm fairly certain this new urgency is to do with some buyers pulling out, prices dropping and generally EA's being quite due to the uncertainty.

EA's which up to a few weeks ago who couldn't even be bothered to return calls all making an effort now, seems to be a change of attitude, anyone else notice, if you were buying would you want to know the referendum result before committing?

Only if I was planning not to buy for years if the result was to leave. Leaving is at least a 2 year process, minimum. You dont think prices will drop 20% the next day if the vote is leave do you?

No, I don't believe prices will drop that fast, im looking at the Corby/Kettering area and prices of decent 3 bed semi's are about £140k, don't think they've got much further to drop. I'm just surprised the EA has had a massive change in attitude, even got a call this morning, things must be slow.

Without any doubt quieter. There are only a limited number of working hours in a day.
