Awww sorry to hear about your interview. I know how it feels to be rejected.
Keep plugging away, it's all I can say.0 -
You need to use that interview and the feedback to prepare for the next. So think of the questions they asked and think of better answers. So next time you'll be more prepared.0

Update Bump! So I chased again for feedback. Secretly I thought I had the job as rejections are sent out immediately plus I had had a great interview.
But apparently not! This was the feedback from the hiring manager: 'XXXX has a lovely personality with fantastic personal values. She had prepared well for the questions about XXXXXX and the role however she struggled to give customer focused competency based examples to include her own experience.'
How is this feedback not enough to get a £16,500 job? Who is it they are looking for? How are they ever going to fill this vacancy? At the end the hiring manager even asked me if I had other interviews lined up.
How are my past competencies going to help me in this new role? It's such !!!!!!!!. I even asked them in the interview if they needed any more information from me (like if they weren't satisfied with any of my answers). You put so much into preparing and interviewing. These managers don't care about you.
Yesterday and today I have applied for all jobs (I was being choosy earlier which made me waste 2 weeks) and got an assessment booked for Monday. This is so disheartening and unfair though as I have a super work ethic. Anyway rant over.

Put that super work ethic into interview preparation and I'm sure that you will soon be successful.
