The SPAR Shop & Win Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is open from 00:00 on 5th May 2016 until 23:59 on 13th July 2016 to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of SPAR UK Limited (the ‘Promoter’), its affiliated companies, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. By taking part in this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Promoter’s decision is final in all Promotional matters.

4. Any dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions will be determined according to the laws of England and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

2.How To Enter
1. Instant/Daily/Grand Prize Draw: To enter, participants must:

i. Make a purchase in a SPAR store (excludes tobacco, baby/infant formula, fireworks, medicines, lottery & fuel).
ii. Retain their receipt; and
iii. Visit shopandwin.co.uk, register your contact details and then either take a photo of your receipt or enter the last 4 digits of your receipt number.
iv. All entrants will have the opportunity to play the scratch and match game and win an instant prize by matching three symbols.
v. All entrants will be entered into the Daily Prize Draw automatically.
vi. All entrants will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw automatically.

2. Exclusive Prize Draw: When there is a featured Exclusive Promotion [a Sponsored promotion by a particular brand, requiring the brand’s product to be verified as being in the customer’s basket through receipt validation] then the entrant will receive all the same entries as the ‘Instant/Daily/ Grand Prize Draw’ on top of being entered into the Exclusive Prize Draw.

4.Grand Prize Draw
1. Entries received from 00:00 on 05.05.2016 until 23:59 on 13.06.2016 will be entered into the grand draw.

2. One entry is permitted per day.

3. The successful participant will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place and will be notified via the mobile phone number provided at the time of entry.

4. In the event that any winner does not respond to a winning notification within 28 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize awarded and re-allocate the prize to an alternative winner, at the Promoter’s discretion, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.

5. Participants must retain a copy of their till receipt to claim their prize.

6. Entry is limited to once per person per day for the duration of the Promotion. Any participant not complying with the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion or trying to abuse the Promotion (including but not limited to) entering more than once per person per day, by using multiple email addresses, alternative address details, phone numbers or false names will be disqualified without exception. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. All prizes awarded will become null and void in these instances. Only one mobile number will be accepted per person for the duration of the Promotion.

7. All winners will be selected at random via an independently verified randomised computer process.

8. Maximum of one main prize to be won per household.

5.Claiming A Prize/Reward
1. Winners of an online instant reward will receive a mobile coupon and unique code, delivered to the mobile number via SMS that would have been used to enter the Promotion.

2. To use their coupon, recipients will be required to visit their local participating SPAR store, take the product to the till and show their unique code to redeem.

3. To claim their prize from the Daily Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw, the winner will be required to provide their receipt and a valid form of identification (drivers licence or passport).

6.Other Important Stuff
1. By entering the Promotion you consent to the use of your name and the accompanying details on the website at https://www.spar.co.uk and in any other Promotional activities connected to the Promotion both during and after the Promotion with no recompense. You grant the Promoter the right to use the information in this way. Information provided in entering the Promotion will otherwise only be used in relation to the administration of the Promotion.

2. Winner publication: The names of confirmed winners will be available at https://www.spar.co.uk for one month following the closing date.

3. In the event of a participant's mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged during the Promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number.

4. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and, except as otherwise expressly set out herein, the Promoter and its associated companies shall be under no liability whatsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Promotions or any prize except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.

5. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.

6. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for delay, error or technical malfunctions preventing entry into the prize draw or any incorrect or inaccurate text entry, or any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.

8. Only winners will be notified. The Promoter cannot contact unsuccessful participants.

9. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the entry routes will be available 100% of the time. However, entries received will be entered into the most immediate draw wherever possible.
