Crew Clothing Company with Sawdays Competition: Win 1 of 3 luxury UK breaks

By entering this competition; entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Crew Clothing Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time.

Employees of Crew Clothing Company, or any company involved in the competition or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter the competition.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

The promotions are open to UK residents only. There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.
The competition runs from 25th April – 17th July 2016. Winners will be notified 2 weeks after each competition closes: 5th June, 3rd July and 31st July
The stay must be taken by 1st June 2017 (excluding bank holidays, half term holidays and Valentine’s). If the winner has already made a booking at any of the three hotels, the prize can not be claimed against this booking. The stay is on a B&B basis only for two people. Travel to and from the prize destination is not included. The stay is subject to availability and must be booked no later than December 2016. If the holiday is not booked by this point the prize will be withdrawn. Once confirmed, booking dates are final.
If the winner cannot or does not accept the prize within 5 days of notification then a new winner will be selected. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) and Crew Clothing Company shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
The prizes per competition will be:

• 2 night stay at South Sands Hotel, Salcombe with a kayaking trip
• 2 night stay at Blue Hayes Hotel, St Ives with a cookery course from Fathen, the wild cookery school
• 2 night stay at Gilpin Lake House & Spa Hotel with a private boat cruise around the beautiful Lake Windermere

The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-endorsable and there is no cash alternative. Crew Clothing Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winners are unable to take the prize, the potential winners shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
By providing your details and entering this competition you agree to receive relevant postal and email communications from Crew Clothing Company and Sawdays. Subscribers may opt out of ongoing communication when they receive the first email.
Crew Clothing Company, and all partners involved cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements.

Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Company, and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.

No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery. Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; by entering the competition, competitors will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.
The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.

The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition is promoted by Crew Clothing Company.
