will be disqualified.
4. The closing date for the Competition is 18th May 2016
5. The Promoter's decision will be final and
binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Empire Cinemas accepts no responsibility for any
disappointment incurred or suffered as a
result of entry into the Competition.

6. The Prize consists of one Empire Cinemas VIP Filmcard
which entitles the recipient,
and a plus one, to unlimited free trips to any
Empire Cinemas branch across the UK until 31st December 2016.
There will be one winner, receiving one card.
7. The Competition winner agrees not to sell,
offer to sell or use their prize for any commercial
or promotional purpose
(including placing their prize on an internet auction site).
8. Empire Cinemas shall not be responsible or liable
for any expenses incurred by the winner or their guest over
and above the Prize offered above
(including without limitation, travel, accommodation, food and drink).
9. The Prize will be dispatched to the address
supplied by the winner within 14 days of the closing date.
The winners cannot exchange their prize for any
other prize or a cash alternative.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances Empire Cinemas
reserves the right to substitute the prize for
an alternative of equal or greater value.
10. The Competition winner participates in and
uses the prize at his/her own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions
of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons
and property which may be sustained in connection with the
participation in the Competition and/or the receipt,

11. If the card is lost or stolen Empire Cinemas will
not issue a new or replacement card.
