In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the Prize consists of a Mercedes GLA 220d 4MATIC car, which includes the following:

Mountain Grey Metallic exterior colour;
Black leather interiors;
COMAND Online function;
The Premium Plus package;
The Night Package;
AMG Line;
Three (3) years’ Service Package;
First Registration fee;
Twelve (12) months’ road tax; and
Half a tank of fuel.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Hampshire Break
This element of the Prize consists of a four (4) night break for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Chewton Glen, New Milton, Hampshire, BH25 6QS. The prize includes accommodation based on a maximum of four (4) persons sharing one (1) Treehouse Loft Suite, breakfast each morning and a dinner hamper in the Treehouse during one (1) evening. The prize also includes spa treatments to a maximum of two (2) spa treatments with a maximum value of £99 each and a maximum time limit of 60 minutes each per adult over the age of eighteen (18) if the group includes a maximum of two (2) adults, or one (1) spa treatment with a maximum value of £99 and a maximum time limit of 60 minutes per adult if the group includes three (3) or more adults. Spa treatments must be booked in advance and taken during the specified dates when taking up the prize. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation, subject to availability and cannot be taken during the Christmas and New Year holiday period (from and including 23 December 2016 to 2 January 2017), UK Bank Holidays, Easter holiday period (from and including 17 April 2017 to 23 April 2017), July and August. Where any of the winner’s companions is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes transport to and from the hotel, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments (other than those specified above), car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
