Terms and Conditions of Entry

The following specific Terms and Conditions shall apply to the promotion known as Win A £20,000 Car Competition at Morecambe Carnival, and should be read in conjunction with any general terms and conditions published for contests/competitions from time to time.

The specific terms and conditions for this promotion are:

* On both Saturday 30th April 2016 and Sunday 1st May 2016, the Morecambe Carnival will be taking place on Morecambe Promenade. Situated within the Morecambe Carnival Motor Village, visitors will be encouraged to take part in the Win A £20,000 Car Competition on both days from 11am until 5pm.

* There will be an electronic safe located at the Motor Village with a six digit code which unlocks the safe.

* To take part visitors will be asked to choose a six digit code, write it down on the entry form provided onsite, together with their name, contact telephone number, and email address and then enter it into the safe.

* The winning combination will be a six digit number, each digit with the range 0-9 and in a set order.

* There are only 5 attempts permitted per person across the weekend.

* If the safe opens, this does not constitute a winning attempt, to qualify for the main prize the six digit number written on the contestants entry form MUST match identically the winning combination contained in the sealed envelope.

* The sealed envelope is kept safe and confidentially by the competition’s appointed adjudicator

* Contestants MUST only use their 5 attempts to crack the safe code in one go.

* Contestants will not be permitted to return if they haven’t used their 5 attempts fully.

* Only 1 main prize will be awarded.

* If the prize is won and verified by the adjudicator, then the competition will end.

* The prize is £20,000 cash which has to be used in full or part payment for a vehicle from one of the named dealerships below who are exhibiting across the weekend of 30th April and 1st May 2016.

* No correspondence will be entered into.
Any employee of The Bay Radio Limited or any sponsor, their immediate family or any other person who is directly connected with the promotion or Morecambe Carnival Committee members are ineligible to participate.

All participants in any competition on The Bay will be deemed to have understood these rules, and to be bound by them. All participants in the competition shall accept and enter into the competition subject to these terms and conditions

The odds are 1,000,000 to 1 to guess correctly and with five attempts it will still be 200,000 to 1. Don't go out of your way because the odds of it being it won are very slim.
