Winner Selection – PRIZE DRAW: The winner will be selected from all valid entries received in a random draw to be conducted within two working days of the Closing Date by an independent verification service.
Winner Communication – PRIZE DRAW: Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner via the means used to enter (phone or email), however if a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to such notifications with 7 days of issuance of initial notification, or the resulting winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected in the same manner.

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of such promotional material (or other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.


PGL’S SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prize valid until October 2017.
Optional extras and insurance are not included in the prize. Escorted travel, excursions or any other optional extras, including travel supplements for French Holidays from Manchester (£52) and Birmingham (£42), will be charged at the full rate for each passenger.
There is no cash alternative in whole or part to the stated prize and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winners.
Holiday dates are to be discussed directly with the Promoter and are strictly subject to availability at time of booking. Holiday availability may be limited in 2016. All passengers must take PGL insurance to qualify. 2016 Insurance prices UK holidays (7 nights) – £37 UK residents, £49 EU residents, £63 outside EU, (4 nights) £28 UK residents, £33 EU residents, £43 outside EU, (3 nights) £20 UK residents, £26 EU residents, £32 outside EU. 2016 Insurance prices
French holidays – £44 UK residents, £58 EU residents, £62 outside EU. The Promoter accepts no liability for claims arising from participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the misuse of any prize.
Winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity.
By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administrator of this promotion and any other purpose to which the entrant consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
