1. Open to all residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), IOM, and Channel Islands only excluding employees and their immediate families of Highland Spring Ltd, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Open to entrants aged 18 years or over.

3. The following tickets are available as prizes and winners will be picked randomly from all unique entries within the specified promotional period per prize. For all events we will be closing the competition 2 weeks prior:

4. The promoter will contact winners by telephone and/or email within

5 working days of a prize being won. The winning tickets will be posted to the address provided when entering and will be sent registered post, so must be signed for.

5. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part for any of the available prizes or gifts except, in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or gift of equal or greater value.

6. The promoter is not responsible for third party products or services.

7. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the promotion. The adjudicator’s decision will be final.

8. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.

9. To the fullest extent allowed by law the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

10. By entering this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. The promoter’s decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Tickets cannot be transferred or sold on for financial gain

13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.

14. Tickets are for a set event date and time. In the circumstances of event cancellation or postponement tickets cannot be transferred and no refund can be given.

15. The winners’ names and counties will be made available for a
period of three months after the closing date by sending a SAE marked
