Hope someone can help me. I am over the threshold due to CB and tax credits. I know I won't be able to defer because of this but do they take payment on a sliding scale depending on how much over the threshold I am? If they were to take the full amount I would be left with £50 a week for myself and my family to pay for food, petrol (28 mile round trip to get to work), clothing etc once I had paid rent, bills and other debts.
My job is temporary so am unsure how to fill out the deferment as they ask for income for this month and the following two months, but my contract is only for three months. I expect they will assume that my income will be the same every month for the next year. Do i just have to trust that they will allow me to defer once my contract is up?
