Thanks for posting, the terms are a bit confusing, what do you think?
You can enter a maximum of 18 times per mobile number via SMS and a maximum of 18 times per mobile number online.
Further down the page
You can also enter online as many times as you like.

It hasn't let me submit any additional entries to yesterday's 18 so 18 entries per entry method for the duration of the comp it is.0
