Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details.
4. Online entry will open at 09.00am on the 21st March and close at 23:59 on the 3rd July.
5. Entrants must submit a nomination telling us about the nice thing that someone has done for them.
6. Entrants must register the name and contact details fo the person they are nominating.
7. From all eligible entries received we’ll select 25 entries at random after the following times:
23:59 on the 27th March
23:59 on the 10th April
23:59 on the 24th April
23:59 on the 8th May
23:59 on the 22nd May
23:59 on the 5th June
23:59 on the 19th June
23:59 on the 3rd July
8. From these 25 entries the Heart producer will select their favourite entry on the day after the above closing dates based on the most upbeat, entertaining and feel good criteria.
9. We’ll contact the nominee on the contact details supplied by the nominator.
10. If selected as the favourite entry the nominee must be available to be contacted by telephone on the day they are selected.
11. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and the next best entrant selected based on the aforementioned criteria.
12. A call will be recorded with the presenter to announce the nominee as the winner of a bespoke prize.
13. The nominator will also be contancted to be announced as the winner of a secondary prize.
Eligibility:
14. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
15. Entry is restricted to one entry per person;
duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
16. There is one prize for each winning nominee, with 8 prizes in total.
17. This will be a bespoke holiday prize package that relates to the specific entry received, up to the value of £1000, provided by IMS prize company and Double Tree by Hilton.
18. Prize will include travel and accomodation of up to 5 nights stay at a DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. Location to be chosen at the discretion of Global.
19. Each prize will include a bespoke activity at the location, based on entry, chosen at the discretion of Global.
20. The prize does not include: travel between the winner’s home and the departure locations (airport, train stration or any other mode of transport) travel insurance, personal expenditure, or incidental costs, other than where mentioned above. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and their guests each have valid passports and travel insurance, and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

21. Each person who entered the winning nomination will also receive a one night stay at a Hilton Doubletree location of their choice. No travel or spending money will be included. There will be 8 of these prizes in total.
22. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another at their absolute discretion.
23. The prizes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

"It could be your flat mate lending you the one and only brolly when it's pelting it down outside, a complete stranger helping you lift the buggy up the stairs at the train station, or your neighbour getting your car started when you were late for an appointment."

??? Unless you swapped contact info with that random stranger and have kept in contact with them, then you can't nominate them, so bit of a strange example for them to use......
