To get to know you better, and keep Netmums on your must-click list, we’d like to ask you some questions.

We know how busy you all are; therefore, we have split the survey into five, short, bite-size chunks that we will send to you over the next few days. We will collect a name and email address from you at the end of part 1 of this survey to send you the rest of the questions. 2. Entries and eligibility

• Only one entry per person for each person completing all the surveys in the ‘Netmums in Focus’ series of surveys.
• Open to all UK residents.
• All entrants must be at least 16 years of age.
• The Prize Draw is not open to employees and families of Netmums and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date and will win one prize each.
• Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
• We reserve the right to provide an alternative gift to equal value.
• This competition has been organised by Netmums and Tribes Research. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into should any dispute arise.
