1. The Competition will run from 18:00 GMT Wednesday 9th March until 23:59 GMT Wednesday 16th March.
2. Any entries received after the Competition ends will not be counted.
3. The competition will consist of three (3) prizes.
4. To enter the competition you must fill out the entry form on the Coeliac Sanctuary website.
5. The Giveaway is only open to Residents of: The UK (Including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland); The Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight; The Isle of Mann; and the Republic of Ireland.
6. The Prizes
   1. First Prize
   2. 1x Booja Booja Chocolate Easter Egg
7. Second Prize
   1. 1x Choices Chocolate Easter Egg
   2. 1x Choices White Chocolate Bar
8. Third Prize
   1. 1x Moo Free Chocolate Easter Egg
   2. 1x Lots of this, none of that Chocolate Bunny
9. Selecting Winners
10. All competition entries will be securely stored in a Database for the duration of the competition
11. We will randomally pick thre three winners on Thursdy 17th March
12. Each winner will then be emailed using the email address they entered the competition with to let them know that they have won.
13. The winner MUST reply to the email within 48 hours confirming their postal address and confirming that they are resident of the locations outlined in section 4) above.
    1. If we do not recieve a reply within 48 hours they forfeit their right to the prize and a new winner will be chosen.
    2. If they are not a resident of the locations outlined in section 4 above they forfeit their right to the prize and a new winner will be chosen.
14. Upon the winner confirming their postal address, their prize will be sent via Royal Mail within 24 hours.
15. The decision on winners is FINAL and no cash alternative will be given.
16. Every effort will be made to get the prize to you before Good Friday, however, we can not guarantee this in case of problems with contacting winners and delays with Royal Mail.
17. Promoting the Giveaway
18. The Giveaway will be promoted on the: CoeliacSanctuary.co.uk website, Newsletter, plus CoeliacSanctuary.co.uk Social Media pages
19. The Giveaway will also be promoted on various Coeliac Disease related pages and groups on Facebook.
20. Data Protection
    1. CoeliacSanctuary.co.uk will store the name and email address of each entrant securely for the duration of the competition.
    2. If you choose to subscribe to our Newsletter your email address will be stored in a seperate database.
    3. You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time by pressing the 'Unsubscribe' link in each email newsletter.
21. If you are a winner we will ask for your postal address to send the competition prize to you.
22. Upon completion of the Giveaway all stored data will be securely destroyed.
23. The name of the winner will be displayed in a Blog Post on CoeliacSanctuary.co.uk, a Newsletter, and on Social Media pages.
24. Waiver of Liability
25. All items involved in the giveaway are deemed Gluten and Dairy Free by their respective manufacturers.
26. We will NOT be held liable for any allergy, intolerance, discomfort or anything else that may be triggered by these items.
27. We can NOT guarantee that any items in the Giveaway are free from any other allergens, including, but not limited too: Eggs, Soya, Nuts.
