Is anyone else have trouble with captcha's recently? especially on the star, new mag etc? I am really struggling with them as they are appearing as text in a awful font and I cant tell if they are upper or lower cases - heck half the time i cant tell what the letters are - it seems to happen that if I enter around 10 or so comps they change from numbers (super easy) to street names (easy) and then to this random letters in unreadable font. If there anyway of getting them to change back to numbers or summat?
sorry if this is wrong place to post this but im still fairly new to posting on mse (lurking I do posting not so much)

The problem I have found with those magazines is that the captcha box is half cut off and I can't scroll any further to even type the captca in!!
Sometimes if refresh it moves up the page, but not all the time.“I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.” - Billy Joel

if the captcha box is 'stuck' for you try right clicking on the enter now and opening in a new tab - I find that resolves the prob of it being cut off.Anything is possible if you believe

If you are getting the "unreadable" captcha - it usually means the captcha app has registered you as being a spammer (entering too many in a short space of time)
To get around this - switch off your router for 60 seconds - this will then give you a different IP and your good to go0 -
I had to stop entering Express/Star/New comps the other night, because the scrolly text and nonsensical words were doing my head in. Ironic that it's an 'are you human' check because I think it would take a robot to decipher some of them.0

I ended up turning my volume up and using the sound ones (the button underneath the refresh) and they speak numbers to you to type in0

I find that switching browser can also reset the captcha's to a readable state and after 24-48 hrs the problem goes away.0

I had the same problem yesterday and hadn't entered that many. What worked for me was opening them and entering in a private browser.0

Using IE11, I started getting these unreadable captchas after entering lots of Star, Express, New mag comps.
Entering these comps with Edge however, the codes were simple numbers to type.0
