The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over.

PRIZE for one winner: A Penguin encounter at Chester zoo
- Free admission into the zoo for participant and one guest
- Complimentary soft drink
- The chance to meet and feed the penguins - this is only for the winner only
- Small gift and experience certificate for the winner only

The Encounter may be taken by either the winner or their guest but the guest must be aged 5+. If the winner is aged 16 or 17 years of age their guest must be a parent or guardian.

There may be up to 2 other participants already taking part in the same Encounter. The experience will be available on selected dates according to availability. The zoo will carry out a risk assessment with the participant and if the Penguin encounter is not deemed appropriate an alternative gift will be offered. The experience will take place on a mutually agreeable date between the Zoo and the winner and must be taken within 12 months.

One winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries and will be contacted by phone and email by Channel 4 on Tuesday 22nd March 2016 between 10am and 6pm. The winner will have until Wednesday 23rd March 12pm to respond to claim the prize before an alternative winner may be selected. Travel and accommodation is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
