  • I bought the pears yesterday and they are really nice They also had bags of late navel oranges for £1.29 for five and I snaffled two bags as the previous week I had got some and they are delicious, very sweet and no pips. The black seedless grapes at £1.49 for 500 gms are gorgeous as well. cucumber was only 42p and I bought a spare pack of wholegrain porridge oats at 500gms for 39p .They are lovely and I not only have them for breakfast but chuck a small handful in when cooking mince to streetch it out a bit. I am definitely a dedicated Lidls lady now. worth the short drive to get things at those sorts of prices

Standard oven chips are back in stock at 59p, so fish & chips is looking as cheap as ... er... chips. The mushy peas & tom. sauce are tasty bargains as well.
