Barclay's online AIP

My fiancee and I have recently applied for our 1st Mortgage, she completed an online application for Barclay's at 88% ltv (soft search) and they agreed in principal, I however am worried because Nationwide decline a 90%(full credits search) Ltv for us but accepted an 85 % LTV.. Another issue is mY Partner estimated my salary at around 1k more than it is. We have an appointment for a full application with Barclays, are we screwed as we have an offer accepted on a house now?
