It's not being promoted on those stations/websites but that doesn't necessarily mean you cannot enter it. Their general comp T&C's don't place restrictions inside the UK (unfortunately the specific T&C's for this comp are not working), also their "Digital TV & Radio" option is nationwide coverage.

I won a Bauer radio comp last year and it was one of the local stations, but open to all - I could tell that they were really annoyed that I didn't live in the area - I got the prize, but they changed the rules after that and it really took the shine off winning.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
