Terms and Conditions

1. The Durex prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”), RB UK Commercial Limited or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. By entering into this Prize Draw entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. To enter, go to www.superdrug.com/competitions/durexvalentine2016 and complete the online entry form. Entry is not available by any other means. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
4. Entries must be received by 23:59 on 14/02/2016 (the “Closing Time”).
5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered after the Closing Time, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
6. There will be 5 winners who will each receive one £500 Virgin Gift Card (the “Prizes”). The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives in whole or in part.
7. Additional terms and conditions will apply to the Virgin Gift Card. These will be notified to the winner. For redemption terms see www.thevirgingiftcard.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
8. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 16/02/2016.
9. The winners will be notified by email/telephone using the details provided by 17/02/2016 and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. Winners must claim their prize by 23:59 on 26/02/2016. If they do not do so, or if Superdrug is unable to contact a winner, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the Prize to an alternative winner.
10. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeit of the Prize.
11. Any decision of Superdrug in relation to the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.superdrug.com or any other reason.
12. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to the prize of equal or greater value (such value to be reasonably determined) should circumstances make this necessary.
13. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw in wholly exceptional circumstances outside of its control.
14. A list of winners’ names and counties will be available on request from 29/02/2016 to 29/03/2016 by sending an email to [EMAIL="marketing@superdrug.com"]marketing@superdrug.com[/EMAIL]. Entrants consent to the use of their name in this way.
15. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug in accordance with Superdrug’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com/page/privacypolicy.
16. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.

Ah right thanks. Yep I found that one when searching. I had the new thread bookmarked (for some reason) to do at a later date and this morning I decided to do it and it had an invalid thread message.

A lot seem to have disappeared lately!

The link jsol used originally came from an affiliate link but the "personal" details had been removed from the link so it was NOT a referral and should not have been deleted for this reason.

Looking at the cached version it was exactly the same link that was produced when I went to the competition from another comping site after looking at this thread earlier.
