Ted Baker Valentines Campaign ‘Solemates’ Online Promotion (the “Promotion”)


1. The Promoter: No Ordinary Designer Label Limited, trading as Ted Baker, The Ugly Brown Building, 6a St Pancras Way, London NW1 0TB.
2. Eligibility: the Promotion is open to residents of France, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom and USA, only, who are aged 18 or over, excluding Ted Baker’s employees, agencies, any associated companies, their immediate family members or households (whether related or not), and anyone else professionally involved with this Promotion.
3. To enter: the participant (the “Participant”) must visit https://www.tedbaker-solemates.com to participate in the Solemates game. The Participant will be served an item to ‘fish’ for to make a matching pair. Each Participant may have up to 3 attempts per day to make a matching pair. If the Participant does not hook a match then they will be offered to try again the following day or to share across Facebook or Twitter to entitle them to another go straight away. If the Participant hooks a match, they will be invited to enter their personal details to be entered into a prize draw to win the Prize.
   
   By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Promotion Period: this Promotion runs from from 09.00 GMT on 1 February 2016 until 23.59 GMT 14 February 2016
5. Prize:
   1. There is one prize available consisting of a gift card for the value of £1,000 (if winner is resident in UK); $1,000 (USA); or €1,000 (France, Netherlands or ROI). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable; no cash alternative is available and must be spent in a Ted Baker Standalone store (excluding Outlets).
   2. The winner will be selected from the eligible participants (in accordance with paragraph 2 above) however the Solemates game can be played by the rest of the world.
   3. The Prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter's discretion and substituted with prize(s) which, in the Promoter's opinion, are suitable alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
   1. The winner will be randomly selected and notified by a member of Ted’s team within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period via email. Proof of identity will be required.
   2. Once the winner has been notified they will have 7 days to email Blog@TedBaker.com to claim the Prize before another winner is chosen and so on.
   3. Participants may request names of the winner(s) by emailing webenquiries@tedbaker.com during the four weeks from the end of the Promotion Period.
   4. Data Protection: Participants’ personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with Ted Baker Data Privacy Policy available at: https://www.tedbaker.com/about_us/our_policies/privacy_policy/content.aspx
7. General:
   1. Submissions will be rejected by the Promoter if they:
      1. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
      2. include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by participants or otherwise; infringe upon any person's personal or proprietary rights or
      3. violate any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
   2. Submission of an entry grants the Promoter the right to use, publish, adapt, assign, edit, dispose of, and/or modify such entry and the concepts embodied therein in any way, in commerce and in any and all media worldwide, without limitation or compensation to the participant who may be required to sign a release to that effect. Submission of an entry further constitutes the Participant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Promoter any and all rights, title and interest in and to the entry and the concepts embodied in such entry.
   3. By entering the Promotion Participants agree to participate in publicity connected with this Promotion.
   4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, direct or indirect loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by participants as a result of entering this Promotion. To the extent permissible under applicable law, the Promoter disclaims liability for any injury or damage to the Participant or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with this Promotion.
   5. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control or if it considers necessary to do so in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
   6. In the event of any dispute the Promoter’s decision is final.
   7. These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

You're allowed to keep entering - I've had 3 matches so far over the last couple of days. I usually just refresh the page and it lets me keep entering if I haven't hit the limit of 3 yet
